Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, so you keep access without having to think about it. Here is exactly what happens.
Full Access renews every month at $79, on the same date each time.
Phone calls are separate and never recurring: $20 each, when you buy one.
You get an emailed receipt after every charge.
During your 7 free days there is nothing to refund: cancel before the trial ends and your card is never charged.
Any charge after that can be refunded if you ask us to cancel within 48 hours of it. We refund that charge and cancel the plan.
After 48 hours, the payment is final. You can still cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. If you would rather cancel by email, write to support@resumefox.ai and we will do it for you.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5–10 business days to post it.
