Rezi Review
An honest look at Rezi's pricing, its numeric Rezi Score, and what ResumeFox does differently.
What each one actually costs over twelve months
The two run on different shapes entirely. Rezi has no discounted paid trial: its Free plan costs nothing and works indefinitely (1 resume, 3 PDF downloads), Pro is a flat $29 a month with no annual discount anywhere on its pricing page, and a one-time $149 Lifetime plan skips renewal altogether. ResumeFox is one plan: 7 days free, then $79 a month, and that price buys the same resume work plus a career professional you can write to. Read the two cards as what they are: software, priced three ways, and tools with a person included.
- No forced paid trial: the free plan works indefinitely with no card
- Free plan is capped at 1 resume, 1 AI interview and 3 PDF downloads
- A career coach of your own, a career professional in the US from TopStack.com
- Tailoring, tracking, job sourcing and every download included, plus a 6 month job offer guarantee
Rezi's Pro and Lifetime prices were read from its own pricing page on 2026-09-23, which also states a 30-day money-back guarantee. ResumeFox charges nothing during its 7 free days. Confirm current pricing and terms at checkout before entering a card.
The full side-by-side comparison
Grouped by what actually matters: where the writing comes from, whether the file survives the software, whether the resume gets aimed at the job you want, and what it costs to keep using.
A half-filled circle means the feature exists but with a real limitation, described in the cell.
More templates is not the same as more good templates
A large share of the designs these builders promote use two columns, a headshot slot, or skills drawn as dots and bars. Those choices are the reason a resume arrives shredded: the sidebar gets read straight across into the middle of your job history, and a skills graphic says nothing once the picture is gone.
ResumeFox ships 10 templates plus a US federal layout. Not one has a sidebar, a photo or a chart. They differ in typography and emphasis, never in whether they parse.
- Whether a parser reads your name, email, phone and dates
- Whether anything is trapped in a table, column or image
- Named problems, not a grade out of 100
What each one is genuinely good and bad at
A resume builder built around a number: upload a resume, get the Rezi Score and a missing-keyword list, then use its own job search and stage-based tracker to apply. Genuinely comprehensive for the price, and upfront that scoring is the whole pitch.
- Lifetime plan: $149 once, never billed again
- Rezi Score breaks the resume down section by section with numeric feedback, and Target lists the exact keywords a posting mentions that are missing
- Real job search (1.3M+ postings sourced from company sites) with a stage-based application tracker built in
- 30-day money-back guarantee, stated across all its plans
- Every template's preview includes an 'Upload photo' control
- No professional resume-writer credential named for who built its AI content
- Pro is $29/month flat with no annual discount if you skip the Lifetime plan
- No phone support; email only
Built by a resume-writing firm rather than a template shop, and sold as one plan with a career coach included. The standards come from real work, not a phrase library, and the plan covers the whole job search: a person to ask, tailoring, tracking and sourcing, not just the document.
- A career coach of your own, a career professional in the US from TopStack.com, with unlimited written messages and a $20 30-minute call whenever you want one
- Standards drawn from 80,000+ hand-written resumes by 100+ CPRW-certified US writers and recruiters
- Built around targeting: per-posting tailoring, a matching cover letter, job sourcing, interview prep, LinkedIn and an application tracker
- 6 month job offer guarantee: If you have paid for our service for 6 consecutive months, and you have not received a job offer, we'll continue to work with you for 6 additional months at no cost.
- $79 a month, several times what a builder subscription costs
- 10 templates, not dozens, deliberately, but it is fewer
- Coaching is written messages; a phone call is a $20 add-on rather than part of the price
- Rezi's $149 Lifetime plan is a one-time payment, which ResumeFox has no equivalent of
See your resume rebuilt against standards from 80,000+ real resumes
Upload the resume you already have. We rewrite it against the standards our writers built over 80,000 resumes, then help you target it, application by application, instead of leaving you with just a document.

Is Rezi legit?
Yes. It has been operating since 2015, started by founder Jacob Jacquet, with a named team and an office in Seoul, South Korea listed on its own About page. Trustpilot shows 4.7 out of 5 from 269 reviews on a profile claimed by the company since 2020. No parent company is named on Rezi's site; the About, Terms and Privacy pages all point back to Rezi itself rather than to a larger owner.
How much does Rezi cost?
Rezi runs a different shape than most of this category: Free is $0 forever (1 resume, 3 PDF downloads, no card required), Pro is a flat $29 a month with no discounted trial and no annual option, and a one-time Lifetime plan is $149 with no further renewal. All plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, stated in the pricing page's own title.
Does Rezi give a score?
Yes, front and center. The Rezi Score grades a resume section by section on a numeric scale, shown in its own marketing as low as 58 ('Needs improvement') and as high as 95. Its AI Interview tool also returns a numeric performance score. ResumeFox deliberately does not do this: it names specific, fixable problems instead, because a resume-fit score implies a precision about a hiring manager's judgment that nobody actually has.
Is Rezi a resume builder or a resume checker?
Primarily a builder. Rezi writes resumes from scratch or from an upload with its 'AI Resume Writer' and 'AI Resume Editor,' the same category as ResumeFox. It layers a scoring and keyword-matching tool (Rezi Score, Target) on top of that builder, which is a different thing from a standalone checker like Jobscan that only grades a resume you already finished elsewhere.
Does Rezi have job search or an application tracker?
Yes, and it's a genuine feature, not just a page of links: Rezi states over 1.3 million postings sourced directly from company websites, updated hourly, plus a tracker that organizes applications by stage (saved, applied, interviewing, rejected). It is not shown to link a cover letter or interview notes to that same record the way ResumeFox's tracker does.
Is ResumeFox cheaper than Rezi?
No, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Rezi's Pro plan is $29 a month, about $348 left running for a year, and its one-time $149 Lifetime plan never renews at all. A year of ResumeFox is $948, twelve charges of $79 after the 7 free days. What that buys is the same resume work plus a career coach in the US you can write to as often as you like, a targeted resume and cover letter for each job, job sourcing, the tracker and the 6 month job offer guarantee.
Does Rezi offer phone support or LinkedIn help?
Neither, as far as we could find. Rezi's support is email only (support@rezi.io), with no phone number published anywhere on its site, and it does not offer a LinkedIn optimization tool.
What happens if I don't like it?
Rezi states a 30-day money-back guarantee across all its plans. ResumeFox charges nothing during its 7 free days, so cancelling inside them costs you nothing, and you can cancel anytime from your account. It also carries a 6 month job offer guarantee: If you have paid for our service for 6 consecutive months, and you have not received a job offer, we'll continue to work with you for 6 additional months at no cost. Read the exact terms on each checkout page before paying, since conditions can change.
How we compared these
Pricing is read from each provider's own checkout or pricing page. Feature claims are checked against each product's live interface. Where we could not confirm something ourselves, it is not on this page.
Where numbers disagree
Entry prices in this category differ across landing pages and promotions. Where that happens we give the observed range rather than one figure, and say so.
Our disclosure
This page is published by ResumeFox, one of the products compared. We have an obvious interest in your choosing it. That is why every claim about a competitor is one you can check on their own site, and why we name the rows they win.
