More templates is not the same as more good templates

A large share of the designs these builders promote use two columns, a headshot slot, or skills drawn as dots and bars. Those choices are the reason a resume arrives shredded: the sidebar gets read straight across into the middle of your job history, and a skills graphic says nothing once the picture is gone.

It's free either way, with no cap on the number of applications.

Does Simplify give a resume score?

To its credit, Simplify's own FAQ states the score is "not an employer's ATS score, a guarantee... or a prediction." Does Simplify record my mock interviews?

Simplify doesn't say. Its AI Interviewer page describes free, unlimited practice tailored to a company and role, but doesn't state whether sessions use video or audio, or what happens to any recording. ResumeFox's mock interview only ever sends the transcript to its AI; the video itself never leaves your browser and is not stored.

What happens if I don't like it?

Simplify's Refund Policy (effective August 2026) states that once a subscription is activated, all payments are non-refundable, with narrow exceptions for an accidental renewal charge (24 hours) or a verified extended outage. Multiple Trustpilot reviews describe refund requests being refused under this policy. ResumeFox carries a 14-day money-back guarantee.
