Is Hiration legit?
Yes, with one naming wrinkle worth knowing: its own Terms of Service name the operating company as "Arise Careers, Inc.," doing business as Hiration, while its site footer separately says "Hiration, Inc." It holds a 4.6★ rating on Trustpilot from 678 reviews. Its LinkedIn page states a 2017 founding and a San Francisco Bay Area headquarters; other sources describe a registered entity in New Delhi, India, and Y Combinator as an investor.
How much does Hiration cost, and is it priced in dollars or rupees?
In US dollars, throughout. Its core builder is free forever (with 5 downloads). Paid plans are $24.99/month, $49.99 every 3 months, or $99.99 for a full year, each unlocking unlimited AI tools and more templates.
Does Hiration really offer a money-back guarantee?
Its pricing page says yes: a "3-Day Money-Back Guarantee" on every paid plan. Its Terms of Service say something narrower: cancelling partway through a billing period does not get you a refund of fees already paid, with refunds considered only if a technical fault on Hiration's own side is confirmed. The two pages do not clearly agree, so read the actual Terms, not just the pricing page, before paying. ResumeFox's 14-day guarantee is stated the same way everywhere it appears.
Does Hiration give my resume a score?
Yes. Its homepage advertises "Instant AI feedback + ATS score on your resume" and "Detailed score analysis," and states its builder is "specifically designed to pass" Applicant Tracking Systems. ResumeFox never does either: it names specific, checkable problems on the readability half, and uses bands, never a number, on the fit-to-a-posting half — and treats "pass the ATS" as a promise nobody can actually make.
Is ResumeFox cheaper than Hiration?
On the paid tier, the two are close over a year if paid the fastest recurring way (Hiration's monthly, about $300, against ResumeFox's every-4-weeks, about $314).
