Is Careerflow legit?
Yes. Careerflow Inc. is a real, operating company, confirmed on its own Terms and Conditions and its Trustpilot profile. Trustpilot shows a 3.6-star rating from 17 reviews as of September 2026 (claimed profile since February 2026) — a small sample, and a few of the negative reviews there concern a separate freelance data-annotation arm of the business ("Human Data") rather than the resume/job-search product.

Is Careerflow worth it?
For a free LinkedIn optimizer, job tracker and unlimited resume builder with no card required, yes — that’s a genuinely useful free tier. Where it’s worth reading closely is the ATS Score Checker, which gives a percentage and states a resume is “either passing ATS or getting filtered out”; no ATS tool can actually promise that, since an ATS is software each employer configures differently.
Does Careerflow tailor my resume to a specific job automatically?
Not automatically. You paste a job posting into the Job Fit Analyzer or the resume builder, and the AI compares it to your resume and suggests changes — that's a step you repeat for each posting, rather than something that happens for you across every application.
Is ResumeFox cheaper than Careerflow?
It's close. ResumeFox's $23.95 every 4 weeks (or $95.40 a year) lands between Careerflow's Premium ($23.99/month) and Premium Plus ($44.99/month). Will Careerflow’s resume pass an ATS?
No resume tool can promise that: an ATS is software each employer configures differently, and there’s no universal "pass." Careerflow’s own ATS Score Checker page states a resume is "either passing ATS or getting filtered out" and returns a percentage score. ResumeFox’s position is that the objective part, whether a parser can actually read the document, is countable and worth showing, and the match to a specific posting is a judgment call that never gets reduced to a score.
Does Careerflow apply to jobs for me?
No. Its AI Application Autofill fills in the fields of a job application for you, and its browser extension saves postings from any job board into its tracker, but you review and submit each application yourself. It doesn't submit automatically the way a bulk-apply tool like AIApply's Auto Apply does.
