Is ApplyAll legit?
Yes. Apply All, Inc. is a real, operating company (LA and NYC) with a 4.8-star Trustpilot rating from 71 reviews as of September 2026 (claimed profile since November 2023, 97% five-star). Its founder, Tal Flanchraych, states on the site that she was a product manager at Indeed before building ApplyAll.
How much does ApplyAll cost?
As of September 2026, ApplyAll's current sale prices are $249 one-time for 100 hand-reviewed applications (list price $299) or $299 one-time for 200 applications (list price $349), both with no subscription. VIP Career Coaching, which adds a human coach, a full resume rewrite, LinkedIn work and interview training, doesn't list a price publicly and requires a free strategy call.
Is ApplyAll worth it?
For someone who wants applications actually submitted for them at volume, with a human checking each one and a real refund if it doesn't produce an interview, its structure and its independently-hosted rating suggest it does roughly what it says. What it doesn't do is touch your resume itself unless you pay separately for VIP Coaching, so the quality of what goes out is limited by the resume you hand it.
Does ApplyAll write or improve my resume?
Not on its Standard or Premium packages. You upload your existing resume, and a human reviewer checks it against your stated preferences and flags obvious problems (typos, file issues) before applying, but the content isn't rewritten. A full rewrite, done by a named human coach rather than software, is part of the separate VIP Coaching program.
What exactly does ApplyAll's Interview Guarantee cover?
A 100% refund if you don't receive at least one qualifying interview within 30 days of your last purchased application being submitted. A qualifying interview is defined specifically: a live first-round phone or video conversation with someone who works directly for the hiring company. Automated screeners, take-home assessments, one-way HireVue-style video interviews, and screens with third-party recruiters or agencies don't count, even if they're a company's standard first step. You also have to keep your account active and keep ApplyAll's proxy email connected for the full 30 days, or the guarantee is voided.
Is ResumeFox cheaper than ApplyAll?
They're priced too differently to compare directly. ApplyAll is a one-time $249 or $299 for a fixed batch of applications with no ongoing access; ResumeFox is $23.95 every 4 weeks (or $95.40 a year) for ongoing access to the resume builder, tailoring, job sourcing, interview prep and a tracker. If what you want is applications submitted for you, ApplyAll is the cheaper single purchase; if you want an actual resume and cover letter built and rewritten, ResumeFox is the one built to do that.
What happens if I don't like it?
ApplyAll's Standard and Premium packages carry the Interview Guarantee described above, which is about getting an interview, not general satisfaction; outside that guarantee, its Terms state payments are non-refundable. ResumeFox carries a flat 14-day money-back guarantee on its trial, and 72 hours on any later charge.
Does ApplyAll use AI?
Its own marketing says "No AI. Just US-based humans who want to help," and a human does review and submit each application. But ApplyAll's Terms of Service state separately that it "uses artificial intelligence and other automated processes" for job matching and to "refine our AI algorithms," including "optimizing your resume" as a described capability. The two statements don't fully agree; the most defensible read is that matching and ranking are automated, while the actual application submission is human-reviewed.
